An extensive extended journey through Australia has been cancelled days after the death of an older lady who was abandoned by the vessel on a remote island.

The elderly woman had been trekking on the tropical location with shipmates from the vessel, but broke off from the excursion for a break. The liner left without her and returned later that day after the crew became aware the woman was missing.
